This clean is all about the details. We'll tackle the buildup and hard-to-reach spots — you just need to clear a little space, and we’ll do the rest!

Pre-Cleaning Instructions:

General

✅ Make Sure all children and pets are kept away from cleaners and equipment.

✅ Pick up all loose items (clothing, toys, personal items) from the floor to allow for vacuuming and mopping.

✅ Confirm that keys, alarm codes, or entry instructions have been provided to avoid any access issues.

Kitchen

✅ Pick Up & Stow Away Loose Items on Floor and Countertops.

✅ Sinks: Remove dishes, food items, and small appliances to allow thorough cleaning of surfaces.

✅ Refrigerator/Oven (if included): Dispose of expired food items and remove personal belongings if interior cleaning is scheduled.

Bathrooms

✅ Pick Up & Stow Away Loose Items (toiletries, medications and personal items) on Floor and Countertops to allow unobstructed cleaning of sinks, tubs, and counters.

✅ Flush all toilets & ensure no bodily fluids are present.

✅ Remove bath mats, loofahs, and products to facilitate effective cleaning.

Bedrooms

✅ Pick Up & Stow Away Loose Items on Floor and surfaces.

✅ If bed linen changing is requested, please leave fresh sheets on the bed.

✅ If closet cleaning is requested, please leave closet doors open. Closed closets will not be opened or cleaned.

✔️ Collect and dispose of garbage; reline garbage bags

✔️ Dust ceiling (if reachable)

✔️ Dust all surfaces, shelves, and ledges

✔️ Dust all appliances (stovetop, fridge, microwave, range hood, etc.)

✔️ Dust windows, blinds, door frames, and baseboards

✔️ Wipe cabinets and drawers (tops and exteriors)

✔️ Clean range hood (interior & exterior if accessible)

✔️ Clean and polish: stovetop and oven (interior & exterior), fridge (interior & exterior), microwave (interior & exterior), dishwasher (interior & exterior)

✔️ Wipe small appliances (toaster, blender, coffee machine)

✔️ Clean and polish sink and taps

✔️ Wipe countertops, tables, and backsplash

✔️ Spot clean walls (if applicable)

✔️ Wipe light switches and electrical outlets

✔️ Clean windows (complex), doors, door frames, and baseboards

✔️ Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors

Bathroom

✔️ Collect and dispose of garbage; reline garbage bags

✔️ Dust and wipe fans

✔️ Dust and wipe all surfaces, cabinets, drawers, shelves, and ledges

✔️ Dust and clean windows (complex), doors, door frames, and baseboards

✔️ Scrub tub and/or shower; polish fixtures

✔️ Clean and disinfect toilet (inside, outside, and behind)

✔️ Clean and polish sinks and taps

✔️ Clean mirrors

✔️ Spot wash walls (if applicable)

✔️ Wipe door frames, light switches, and electrical outlets

✔️ Vacuum bathroom rugs (if applicable)

✔️ Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors

Bedroom and Living Areas

✔️ Collect and dispose of garbage; reline garbage bags

✔️ Dust all surfaces, shelves, ledges, knick-knacks, and lamps

✔️ Dust window frames, blinds, wall art, door frames, and baseboards

✔️ Wipe furniture and bed headboard

✔️ Spot wash walls (if applicable)

✔️ Clean windows (complex), doors, door frames and baseboards

✔️ Wipe light switches and electrical outlets
